Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

All our products are shipped using An Post(Irish postal service) Standard Shipping or An Post Registered Post where selected. Each pair of socks including it’s packaging weighs less than 100g. Standard shipping is a cost effective way of shipping and doesn’t include tracking. For tracking please choose Registered Post at checkout.

Postage within Ireland takes roughly 1-3 working days.

Postage for the UK & Europe takes 3-7 working days

Postage for the US & Rest of the world takes 5-9 working days

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic delivery times may vary as postal service are experiencing delays.


We are continuing to ship to the UK as normal. Order details are sent to UK customs from Ireland when shipping goods. We are currently implementing methods to make sure our UK customers experience a smooth service

Returns and refunds:

We accept returns up to 30 days of receiving your order. If the goods are damaged please notify us by email and send your order details and an image of the damaged goods to info@thomp2.com and we will replace the damaged goods. The shipping fee for this will be covered by Thomp2 Socks.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase(email copy order confirmation).

To request a refund please send your request including order details to info@thomp2.com

Shipping fee for returning the goods is at the buyers expense


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the car you used when purchasing.

You will receive the credit within 3-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
